1. How to place an order?

Finish adding items to your cart
You can choose to checkout through our website or process it through PayPal.
If you wish to continue to checkout through our website, please click the "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.
If you wish to continue using PayPal, click the PayPal button
. You will be taken to our customer information page. You will be prompted to enter:
If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button in order for your discount to be calculated and applied to your order.
Click the Continue Shipping Method button to continue. Please make sure you entered your shipping address correctly (if different from your billing address). When everything is done, click on "Continue to Payment Method"
You will need to enter your payment details. If applicable, you may choose to indicate that the shipping and billing details are the same.
After completing the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You will be taken to a screen that provides a summary of your order along with an on-screen order confirmation and a second confirmation via email.

2. What should I do if the item is missing or incorrect when I receive the order?
For lost or mis-shipped items, please contact us at [email protected] Please provide your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof (image file size should be less than 1MB). We're more than happy to resend the correct item for you for free, and we won't ask to return an item that was sent to you in error! You can keep it as a gift from us.
3. How do I know that my order has been submitted successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation with the order number and purchase details.
4. I want to change my order, what should I do?
You may amend your order on or before 11:00 PM PDT (GMT-7) on the day of your order. You can request changes by contacting us at [email protected]
5. What payment methods do you have?
Currently we only accept PayPal, if you need to use a credit card, you can add it in Paypal.
6. How to pay with PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest way to pay online. Once you've added items to your cart and are ready to complete the transaction, you can click the "PayPal" button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in the correct details for quick and easy payment processing.
1. When can I receive my goods?
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of placing the order and shipped within a few days of processing.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow more time to process your order during the holidays and peak sales season. Shipments will arrive within 7-15 business days of the ship date, depending on carrier and location availability. We apologize if shipments require customs clearance or inspection, or if shipments are delayed due to carrier service.
2. How do I track my order?
You will provide your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number and track your order on www.17track.net.
